FORMS:

My services are professional therapeutic treatments for improved wellness, stress reduction and pain management. Please be respectful by not requesting anything inappropriate.

APPOINTMENT HOURS:

Monday -Tuesday • 9am - 6pm
Wednesday • 11:30am - 2pm
Thursday • 9am - 1pm
Friday • 9am - 4:30pm

When my schedule allows, I may have an occasional Saturday appointment available. Circumstances happen, so I am happy to accept last minute appointments, however, it is always best to schedule a few days in advance of a desired time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

As a professional, I structure my time to meet the greatest need of my clients, therefore I have set the following policy:

No show (missed appointment) will be billed $50 and paid prior to following session. Less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at $35. Of course things happen that are unpredictable and I try to work with my clients. I ask that you be respectful not only of my time, but also for other clients that are scheduled. 

TARDINESS:

Appointment times are scheduled to fit the needs of my clients and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time for your appointment or the length of your session will be shortened.

SICKNESS:

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.

PAYMENT:

Payment is due at time of service. Payment methods accepted are cash, check or PayPal (which accepts a wider variety of payment methods, including credit cards).
